The IT-968TC is an advanced low CTE, high Tg (190° C by TMA) and ultra low lossmaterial. This material is designed not only for standard multilayer PWBs, but also for high speed data rate application, like the switch (100G), wireless application.Due to the SI performance is stable with different environment, itisalsosuitable for Radar and Antenna application.IT-968TC also exhibit high thermal and CAF reliability.
