IT-968SETC

IT-968SETC is an advanced low CTE & high Tg (190° C by TMA) material. It is also an ultra low loss material with low Dk & low Df glass. This material is designed not only for standard multilayer PWBs, but also for high speed data rate application, like the switch (100G/400G), wireless application. Due to the SI performance is stable with different environment, it is also suitable for Radar and Antenna application. IT-968SETC also exhibit high thermal and CAF reliability.
